Only 4 km from Badia Tedalda, this rustic cottage is located at 600m altitude in the Apennines, on the edge of a small hamlet. The original hayloft has been lovingly restored and furnished. Both to the mountain side (morning sun) and to the valley side (evening sun) it has ground level entrances and terrace sitting areas. On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen and bathroom; the three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with another bathroom. The third bedroom with bunk bed is a passage room. The house is suitable for guests who are looking for peace and closeness to nature. Directly from the house you can start hikes to the small towns of Badia Tedalda (4 km) or Sestino (14 km). Above Sestino the nature park of Sasso di Simone (1.204m NN) invites you to trekking; A refreshing bathing experience offers various bathing places in the river Marecchia, as well as the natural pools with waterfall at Badia Tedalda (3 km). Particularly charming is the small town of Pennabilli (18 km) with lots of art and antiques; also worth seeing is the medieval mountain village of San Leo (35 km) or the smallest state in Europe, San Marino (50 km), also picturesquely situated on the mountain. A little further and you will reach one of the most famous seaside resorts of the Adriatic: Rimini (60 km). Besides its wide sandy beaches with colorful lidos, there is also a lively old town to visit.
