Amazing location, close to great restaurants, easy walk to beach, great coffee and chai 2 mins away. Quiet haven from outside world, beautiful trees and very old frangipani trees. Very comfortable beds and day beds were excellent, very friendly and helpful staff.
It is an older property one bathroom had been refurbished, one not yet though they were very clean

It is rundown and needs some TLC (we had no fridge for two days and no air conditioning for two days).
