The staff was really helpful when we needed help with a phone call in Japanese. The futons were more comfortable than in other hotels. Large room. The lake view was very nice. The location is central for this small lakeside village.

Room is a bit smaller than seen in the picture. The futon is pretty hard .

-The lake view from the room was amazing. Location was good - free parking - melon bread gift when we checked out
- must be the most dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. The bathroom was disgusting - the room was as if it hasnt been cleaned for years - everything was outdated - horrible breakfast - overpriced
