Location was great, wonderful Japanese experience sleeping on futons and an onsen bath was a great experience.
Need to advise the car park hight restrictions because if you don’t have a small car, the height is way low and there is no other parking.

Great view on the lake and good onsen. Remarkable japanese breakfast and dinner options. The staff helped me a lot and were extremely helpfuk and kind.
The fact that I couldn't stay there indefinitely.

-The lake view from the room was amazing. Location was good - free parking - melon bread gift when we checked out
- must be the most dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. The bathroom was disgusting - the room was as if it hasnt been cleaned for years - everything was outdated - horrible breakfast - overpriced
