Location was great - 4min walk to bus station, 8min walk to the center. I appreciated that there was a small fan in the room, as well as a fridge. I was allowed to leave luggage on my checkout day which made my life easier. If I was visiting Kuressaare again, I would be happy to return here!
The staircase to the second floor is a spiral and hard to navigate with large/heavy luggage. My upstairs room got quite warm even with the window open and the fan running, but I did come during the summer.

It was a nice apartment in a very good location. Bed was very soft and the soap aroma was adorable.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a couple of things that could be improved. The fold-out bed for the child was not very comfortable, as the springs could be felt through the mattress. We also noticed that the staircase railing may not be ideal for families with small children, as the gaps between the bars are quite wide. It might be worth considering some safety improvements to help prevent potential accidents in the future.

The property is right by the centre of the city and a few minutes' walk away from anything in town. Superb location and very good value for the price.
