Nice motel

Very nice staff. WiFi works well. Quite clean and comfortable for a very basic hotel. Located near main road, many shops and fastfood restaurants.

Please note that there is no lift, so we had to carry the luggage upstairs with bare hands

The receptionist with the cool trainers was very nice, and very helpful.

Firstly - our rooms were wrong. We had asked for a double and twin, and got two doubles. We had to ask for the correct rooms, and after some discussion, we were given the right rooms. Secondly - The rooms, apart from the beds, were dirty all over, some broken and worn furniture, stains, and general filth all over. The air-conditioning exit was utterly filthy and the filter had clearly never been changed. Reminded me of a cheap B&B in Glasgow, in 1990.. awful. Thirdly - we paid extra for breakfast. We were told that breakfast was between 8 and 10am. We came down at 9:15 and there was nothing left. No cereal, no bread, just a couple of pain au chocolats and a croissant. When my wife politely asked if there was more, she was rudely told that it was Saturday, and their supplies arrived on Monday, so they'd ran out. Not great when we have two hungry 12 year olds. Really, really disappointed. I didn't expect total luxury, just a decent place to stay overnight on a long journey. It cost me £130 altogether, absolutely terrible value for money. The pictures really make the place look way, way, way better than reality. Avoid.

Mostly everything, we’ve stayed there 5-6 times before.

This was the first time I’ve something to complain about, the room we had was really dirty, trash on the floor and under the beds. This made me suspicious so I checked the beds, one bed was clean, the other one had dirty beddings, I even found hair in it. However the man in the reception gave us a new room, a bigger and clean room. So no problem and he solved it easily.

Our room was so dirty that I insisted that the duty receptionist come and have a look. He agreed and said he would speak to housekeeping. We have stayed at this hotel hotel 4/5 times and it has always been ok. Given that we are going through COVID crisis and most places are bending over backwards to ensure cleanliness!!! I have taken photos to support my comments. The receptionist asked why we hadn’t asked for another room? We arrived at about 8 30 in the evening having driven from UK and didn’t notice the state of the room until the next morning.

Un hôtel pour étape ou point de chute visite de la région...

Nous avons été très bien reçus comme à l'accoutumée par la personne à la réception à notre arrivée le soir et l'en remercions vivement. Très reposant, merci beaucoup. Après avoir dîné au restaurant voisin (avec une remise de 10% !), la nuit a été appréciée pour son calme et la chambre avec ses commodités ( lit, rangements, salle de bain... ). Le petit déjeuner largement suffisant. Au départ, un grand merci à la personne lors de la remise des clés. Vraiment sympa, c'est notre étape systématique...

Étape agréable

Étape agréable et reposante à mi-chemin sur un trajet routier de 1000 kms. Accueil très sympathique. Dîner dans le restaurant voisin (avec une remise de 10% spéciale Kyriad). Petit déjeuner bien pourvu. Très bien .

Très bonne situation par rapport aux axes autoroutiers. L accueil était très agréable , la chambre tres propre et le petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Proximité de restaurants.

La proximité avec un restaurant collé a l'hôtel. Pas de bruit entendu la nuit, chambre chaleureuse.

Tout a été apprécié, juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une boîte à lettres pour y déposer des clés de chambre quand le départ s'avère être tôt !

Absolut nichts zu bemängeln und sehr freundliches Personal

Ausserordentlich freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang - Yannik sei Dank! Eine ruhige Nacht auf prima Betten folgte, nachdem wir das Auto direkt auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz vor der Tür abstellen konnten. Auch im direkten Umfeld: Diverse Restaurants und schräg gegenüber eine der besten Patisserien, die ich Frankreich kennengelernt habe, die um 6.30 Uhr morgens frisches Baguette und klasse Kaffee bietet (und zwar zu mehr als sozialverträglichen Preisen). War für eine Stopovernacht echt gut. Ach ja, WLAN ohne irgendwelche Mucken und schnell.

Da fällt mir nichts ein. Und das für den Preis.

Escale reposante et sympa

Accueil très sympathique lors de notre arrivée le soir et notre départ en fin de matinée le lendemain. Le soir, nous avons dîné dans le restaurant voisin direct de l'hôtel qui nous a fait bénéficier d'une remise agréable de 10% sur le prix du menu. Non négligeable ! Merci à toute l'équipe du Kyriad Direct, nous y ferons escale à nouveau.
