Жили на стамбульской улице. Номера чистые, кровати огромные и очень удобные. Белье белоснежное, хорошего качества. Придраться не к чему. На каждую просьбу реагируют моментально. Питание, ну это вообще сказка. Есть абсолютно все. А какой большой выбор десертов, ну это вообще огонь. Отель был заполнен на 100% . И это о многом говорит. Пляж большой, лежаков огромное количество. На пляже стоят холодильники с напитками, большой выбор пива. Подходи и бери сам сколько хочешь. Много баров, алкоголь импортный, попробовали много чего. Чистейшее море, фантастическая природа. Мы очень привередливые и в проживании и в еде, много где были. Отель Рекомендую однозначно, вернулись бы еще в этот отель точно.

the food is not at the standard expected flies are a bit of nuisance and pest control should be upgraded, i bet the food preparation area is not hygienic the entertainment is decent however it is very oriented to apparently the majority of Russians there, they can alternate and be more global additionally no music on the beach and pool during the day takes away from the vibe. even with kids a little bit of music would go a long way

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Nirvana Dolce Vita. The hotel met our expectations for a high-quality Turkish five-star resort. The food was varied, fresh, and consistently delicious, with plenty of options throughout the day. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, the beach is clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our children absolutely loved the water park, which was one of the highlights of the vacation. Since the room we originally booked was unavailable, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family Club Swim-up room. We really appreciated this gesture. The room appeared to have been recently renovated, was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family stay. The Wi-Fi coverage and speed were good enough for both everyday browsing and work-related tasks. Housekeeping was provided daily and, while not exceptional, was consistent and fully satisfactory

There were also several disappointing aspects of our stay. Like many visitors to Turkey this year, we experienced several days when the sea was unfortunately very polluted. One of the main reasons people choose the Kemer/Tekirova area has always been its crystal-clear water, so this was particularly disappointing. We understand that this is beyond the hotel's direct control, but it is becoming a serious issue that deserves attention from the local authorities. The amount of shredded microplastic and other floating debris was shocking and significantly affected our enjoyment of the beach. On our departure day, one of us developed severe symptoms consistent with a stomach virus. We would like to thank the hotel staff for helping us quickly arrange the necessary medication from a local pharmacy, which we truly appreciated. However, the illness inevitably overshadowed the end of our vacation. We also noticed several other guests, including children, who appeared to be experiencing similar symptoms. Our biggest disappointment came after we had checked out. We accidentally left several personal belongings in the room and contacted the hotel's guest support chat later that same day. We even offered to return to the hotel ourselves, as we were still staying in Antalya for another day. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-up messages and reminders, we never received a meaningful response or resolution. We have forgotten belongings in hotels in many different countries before, and every time they were located and returned to us—sometimes even shipped to our home address. This was the first time we encountered such a lack of follow-up, and it left a very negative impression. We hope the hotel will improve its lost-and-found process, as it falls well below the standard expected from a five-star property.
