About this apartment rental

Our condo features amenities like a clubhouse game room with air hockey and billiards, a sauna, and a shared hot tub. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a wall of windows create a bright and airy retreat —perfect for groups of up to six guests. Shuttle stop right at the condo!

Really, a plethora of on-site amenities are at your disposal! If the 70' flat TV with 5.1 sounds is not enough head to the clubhouse game room to enjoy air hockey, billiards, ping pong, and arcade games. After a day on the slopes, relax in the sauna and hot tub. In warmer months, fire up the shared BBQ or go for a dip in the seasonal pool.

Walk to nearby restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife. Black Doubt Brewing Company (8-minute walk) offers one-of-a-kind local brews and Giovanni’s Pizzeria (10-minute walk) is a classic pizza parlor and sports bar. For bowling and your favorite 90s tunes, check out Mammoth Rock ‘n’ Bowl (13-minute walk). Or walk to just 50 feet to free transportation to take you to many Mammoth Lakes attractions.

PETS and ALLERGIES
We love pets too, but unfortunately, due to HOA restrictions, we cannot welcome your furry friends.
However in the past we had guests breaking the rules. Please be advised that HOA is not allowing any pet for renters, but they are allowing owners to bring their pets.
We do professionally clean this unit after every stay BUT we cannot guarantee that every pet residue will be removed (especially if the previous guest didn't notify us).
If you have strong pet allergies, please do not book this condo.

PARKING
There is a max of 2 cars per stay. Cars must always have a parking permit visible (permits are hanging at the entrance of the apartment). No RVs or trailers parked overnight without written approval, please ask! There will be an additional charge ($25/each) for lost permits or keys.

PELLETS BAGS
We ask you to please use up to 2 bags of pellets per stay. Additional bags can be purchased at the local store or be delivered for a charge.

TV and CABLE
Cable is only available in the living room, but all TVs are equipped with Roku. Apple TV Channel (with HBO and CBS All Access) and Disney+ Channel are accessible to you. If you need to buy extra content you will need to notify us in advance.

WASHER and DRYERS
Washers and Dryers are outside the unit in the rec room, and accessible 7am-10pm. The machines are now operated by an app, you should be able to download the app on your smartphone to use the machines. For any questions about the app the HOA manager on site Scott can be inquired.

THE CONDO.
This is a 2 floors condominium. The first floor has a open layout with a full size kitchen, very large dining / living combination with a convenient and renovated half bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom (cal king) and a guest bedroom with a queen extra cozy real bed. An additional twin foldable bed is provided. This room opens to the main living room. Between the two there is a Jack and Jill bathroom (toilet and shower are in common). Unit has a booster seat for a small child and a Pack and Play with a blanket. We do not provide bed sheets for the Pack and Play. If any specific needs please inquire!

POOL, SPA and rec room
Pool (seasonal), SPA and Sauna may occasionally be under maintenance. Other closures might be mandated by Mono county because of COVID at any time. Also HOA is not allowing any glass in the pool/SPA area. If you break a glass in the common area there will be a $2000 fee.

LOST ITEMS
Any items that are left in the unit will be disposed of by the cleaning crew after you check out. For any forgot item you want us to hold on, management is asking a $25 fee plus any shipping costs associated if you cannot come back. Please do not re-enter the unit after check out as your code has expired.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT time.
You will be able to enter the unit at 4pm.
We will not be greeting you at the arrival. You must be able to punch your code and open the door yourself. If unable/unwilling we can ask our manager to meet you there but there is a $100 charge.
Occasionally in high season or during a heavy storm cleaning may take longer and we apologize in advance for that. Check out time is 10am. If you are found in the unit after 10am the day of the checkout there will be an additional charge for cleaning. Also keep in mind your code is personalized and will work only during your stay. Do not attempt to return to the unit after the check out.

We’ve just completed a 3 night stay at this wonderful condo. It is well equipped with all necessary amenities. It’s centrally located near all necessities. Parking is adequate. They also offer plenty of television options which is a nice touch. It’s decorated extremely nice and the large baywindows. are awesome to sit and watch snow fall. I’d definitely return again and plan so in the future.

Our stay was very comfortable during the historical blizzard during Christmas this year. The unit was spacious with open plan and beautiful views of snow from the living room. The owners were proactive to answer questions and helped us through a memorable and comfortable stay. We are already planning our next stay and will consider staying here again. Thanks so much,,,

The property is very well kept and was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic for Mammoth Lakes, Yosemite and Mt. Whitney. Claudia was very responsive to our questions. We’d definitely stay there again!
