About this house rental
Our Monte is ideally located in the heart of a large estate of 33ha offering splendid views of all the nature that surrounds it. It is a peaceful, vast place planted with native trees, especially cork oaks.
You will be staying in the studio adjacent to our charming traditional house, built in Taipa (bricks made of local clay).
The studio has capacity for 4 people + cot and has a living room, kitchen, open kitchen, barbecue, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The layout of the place allows us to offer our guests a private and autonomous space and access.
The studio opens onto a shaded terrace, with its panoramic views.
The estate also offers access to a private swimming pool, purified with salt, a trampoline and a dam.
Not far from us, in the Costa Vincentina Natural Park, you will find beautiful and sparsely populated beaches. There is also the Lake of Santa Clara, which is a magical place of serenity. Only a few kilometers away, you will find two typical villages of the region: São Teotonio and Odemira.
The Alentejo is a unique region of beauty and benevolence. A space where it is good to be, where the welcome is warm, for a healthy and serene experience.

Great property in the quiet countryside of the Alentejo. Owners were lovely and very helpful.
Would definitely stay again.
Good location - peaceful but an easy drive to both the coast and towns of Odemira and Sao Teotonio.

The property is wonderfully located, in a secluded area, with a private pool but more importantly 20 minutes away of many marvellous beaches. But the house needs renovation and is not the most comfortable place to spend time. It is so beautiful that it is a pity that the house itself is not better taken are of.
