Miejsce czyste, zadbane, klima bez "limitów", kontakt z zarządzającym budynkiem świetny. Na miejscu ekspres przelewowy, dwustanowiskowa kuchenka elektryczna, prysznic z twardą zasuwaną zasłoną, pomimo upałów, w sypialni chłodno nawet jeśli klimatyzacja była w pokoju dziennym".
Niektóre gniazdka można podokręcać bo widać kable, parkowanie - jak ktoś czuje się pewnie za kółkiem to bez problemu ale przy pełnej obsadzie, i jeśli trafi się na większość dużych samochodów to margines jest niewielki, ale to jest specyfika tego regionu, są miejsca z prywatnymi placami na postój samochodów, ale jeśli parkingi są bezpośrednio przy budynku, to ścieśniamy. Miejsce jest dosyć stromo usytuowane, do samej plaży kilka minut ale nachylenie dość spore. Nie ma co narzekać, cenowo po zachodniej części plaży czyli w spokojniejszym rejonie ciężko znaleźć coś w lepszej cenie.
