This house was perfect for our group of eight. It had everything we needed to enjoy a lovely week by the sea. The garden had sun beds and a gate that led directly to the water. We enjoyed using the grill and the 2 kitchens to prepare our meals. Overall, it was an amazing experience! Definitely recommend!
The caretaker only responded to phone calls or in-person. He did not respond to texts or emails but he was kind and responsive in person.

Breathtaking seaview, high comfort and quality house, which is well equiped. Perfect private house with direct access to sea via garden. Great location up to 30 minutes from Zadar Airport and even closer to many great places like Zadar, D-Marin Sukosan, Ninska laguna etc.

Sea views from the living area are stunning. It is a very comfortable luxury villa, we were enjoying every moment.
The sea enterance might be little more comfortable but this is Croatia :-)
