Apartment SEA VIEW in front of the beach of Agia Marina

В квартире есть все, что необходимо и даже больше. Даже соль и перец, сахар и кофе с фильтрами. Просто приходишь и живёшь, как дома. Есть большие пляжные полотенца, фен, утюг, доска для глажения, удлинители, вентилятор, в каждой комнате кондиционер. В доме лифт (для 3 человек примерно) В двух шагах находится двухэтажный супермаркет Критикос, где я нашла все, какие хотела, продукты и промтовары. В супермаркете есть отдел кулинарии, где каждый день свежие готовые блюда по приемлемым ценам. За 10 дней не возникло необходимости искать другой магазин. Берег пологий, входить в воду легко даже для человека с особыми потребностями. У соседей со стороны балкона смешные куры и петух, который кукарекает каждый день в разное время от 6:30 в рабочие дни до 7:30 в воскресенье.

в отношении квартиры и расположения претензий нет. Был печальный опыт с арендой машины. Берите в аэропорту а не в ближайших окрестностях - автопарк просто убитый.

Across the street from a nice beach - crystal clear water (high salinity too), cafe/beach bar next to it, supermarket as well (and more great beaches nearby - Panorama beach highly recommended). The apartment is fully equipped. Sea view from the balcony. Nice town, not busy, not much to do but enjoy the sun and water, which is exactly what we were looking for. Overall a great stay.

Not everyone will see these as issues but here are a few things to keep in mind: 1) There is a small chicken farm (10ish chickens, maybe a bit more) in the backyard next door (the balcony is basically above it) and while it's cute to watch and it doesn't smell at all really, the rooster goes off at exactly 5 am every morning and doesn't stop crowing till 7 am (or whenever the sunrise is). If you're a heavy sleeper, you won't mind it - my wife couldn't have cared less about it, but I absolutely couldn't sleep at all. The second night I was finally able to overcome the issue with a sleep sound (brown noise) generator on youtube - played pretty loudly on laptop speakers with closed windows (sometimes with headphones too), so I had to sleep on the couch in the living room not to disturb the wife. Fun. 2) The height of the bathroom ceiling is not more than 190cm. I'm 196 (6'4"). I didn't mind it, but it's something to be aware of. The sink is really tiny too. As I said, these things applied to me but not my wife so they are not going to be a problem for everyone. Overall, the apartment is great and the location couldn't be better if you need a nice place by the beach.

The apartment has a homely feeling not just basic rent out for money, as some. It's right next door to the supermarket on the beachfront, with friendly neighbours.

The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. It was in the pillows, the living room never really cleared up. However after a few days of airing the apartment it did start to clear. The only time you really smelt it was when coming back in from outside. Fortunately the smell in the bedroom was gone quickly. There were a couple maintenance issues that needed addressing, did not affect our holiday but gives the apartment a feeling of uncared for. The bedroom window is cracked at the bottom, and the insect screens are broken. There are signs saying no smoking, so not sure if this is a recent sign? However overall the apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The only thing missing that would have been nice was a little olive oil as has been in all of our previous apartments.
