Villa 30m² in highly rated residence with caretaker located 350 m from the beach Concié of the coastal path and easy access to the beach Platin (10 min walk), 1km from the big side, 500 m shops ( fishmonger, grocer, baker), 1km by cycle path to the center of St Palais.
Sunny garden with shed and closed angle.
Private parking.
Tennis, table tennis, swimming pool from 15 June to 15 September, golf ball, can make cycling in the apartment block.
5 sleeps: 1 bedroom bed 140, mezzanine with a bed of 140 and one bed of 90.
Walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Possibility of an additional sleeping sofa.
Facilities: Internet access key 4GWiFi pay refills, HD flat screen TV, traditional combined oven and microwave, washing machine, 4 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer
Facilities: 2 adult bikes, outdoor tables and chairs, 2 sunbeds, barbecue, tennis rackets, badminton rackets and beach tennis, barbecue
Golf Royan, and equestrian center (less than one km).
Once there, everything can be done by bike. Kms of cycle paths can take you to Royan or to La Palmyre and the lighthouse of Coubre. In the hinterland, charming villages: La Tremblade Mornac sur Seudre. Close to the island of Oléron, La Rochelle.

Séjour agréable dans un environnement calme, reposant et pittoresque.
Un bémol: nous n’Avons pas réussi à mettre en marche la TV, problème d’antenne ou de connexion . Cela ne nous a guère gênés car nous n’aurions pas eu le temps de la regarder.

Résidence très bien située, proche grande plage de sable et crique pittoresque du Platin par le chemin des douaniers. Ville proche par piste cyclable.
Location bien située au calme dans cette grande résidence. Nous aurions apprécié que l'herbe soit tondue pour y installer les transats et les herbes qui poussent le long de la facade arrachées pour un meilleur aspect.

Malgré les nombreuses petites maisons tout autour dans cette grande résidence nous avons bénéficié d'un calme appréciable. Les vélos étaient très utiles (ajoutés aux deux nôtres) pour se rendre à la superbe plage de la Grande Côte en à peine 8 minutes et encore moins pour la boulangerie et le poissonnier sur la grand route menant à la plage. Piscine très bien aussi !!
Dans les sens opposé nous avons découvert le centre ville et sa jolie plage du bureau. Nous avons adoré St-Palais, le sentier douanier à faire absolument, les pistes cyclables, les plages différentes (eau calme ou grosses vagues).
L'appartement était fonctionnel mais il manquait cependant une lampe extérieure pour pouvoir vraiment profiter de la terrasse et du jardin le soir.
Pour 5 personnes les rangements étaient minimalistes surtout à l'étage où dormaient trois personnes.
Pour ce qui est de l'équipement, il y a beaucoup de choses ... (l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas vraiment, mais le ventilateur pour le haut 5/5 ! car il faisait très chaud ) en vaisselle comme en produits de ménage et jeux de toutes sortes. Merci pour ce séjour !
