About this house rental

A pleasant house, fully renovated in early 2017, functional with its fitted kitchen: induction hobs, dishwasher ... It is located in an enclosed area, with a garden and a private courtyard for the car.
Ideally located, very quiet, a location that allows different activities without taking a car: the sea, access to different beaches and water activities, 300 m from the house, the departure for the Glenan Islands, sports activities offered at Kerambigorn Beach, tennis courts 200 m.
Very close to the centre of Beg Meil with its shops and restaurants.
Starting from the house, different circuits are proposed for walking or mountain bike rides.
The electric heating of the house offers the comfort of off-season

- Linen supplied on request: 10 € for a double bed (fitted sheet + duvet cover and 2 pillowcases) and 8 € for a 90 cm bed.
- Bathroom linen provided on request: 6 € per kit including a bath sheet, a towel and a washcloth + dish towels provided.

-Caution required 250 € on arrival and returned no later than 7 days after your departure.
-The water and electricity charges are calculated according to the meter readings at the entrance and exit (incidence if necessary to heat: electric heating.
-Receipt of keys by the owner.

The hosts were very welcoming and we had an excellent holiday. The house was clean, well equipped and in a quiet residential area. The location is close to several excellent beaches and quiet cycleways, making it perfect for active families of all ages. There are also plenty of all weather attractions within driving distance. There is a good boulangerie and small supermarket within walking distance and a fully stocked hypermarket within a 10 minute drive. We would recommend this house to anybody.

Superb, quiet location

Superb, quiet location

The property was as described and was in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from 3 lovely beaches and the coastal path which affords good walks of about 5 -8 miles, which suited us perfectly being a couple of retired seniors. The rooms are all on the ground floor and all a good size. The bed was comfortable and although the house is surrounded by other properties the neighbourhood was very quiet during our stay and we slept well. There is a small supermarket within walking distance and a bigger one 10 minutes drive away. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby, Benodet, Quimper, Pont Aven and, for a day out, Pointe de Raz, Pointe de Penhir, Phare d'Eckmuhl, Carnac, Quimpele, Crozon Marie Louise provides a dossier of walks and cycle rides for the area which we used several times. A very enjoyable stay made all the better by 10 days' continuous, warm September sunshine

The house is very well equipped and spacious for 2, and within a couple of minutes easy cycling to some wonderful beaches and to the village centre, and also just another 2 minutes to a good little supermarket. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when we had a problem. And the beds were so comfortable!

Die Ferienwohnung lag neben der Terasse mit dem Hauseigentümer (!) Die Abende in der wunderschönen Abendsonne hätte ein Genuss sein können! Leider wwar die Lärmbelästigung durch die Familie mit vermutlich schwerziehbaren lauten Enkelkinden unerträglich. So muss also jeder Mieter selber entscheiden ob er sich das antut. Sonst keine Beanstandung.

Accueil parfait.Gateaux breton jus de pomme et un jolie bouquet de fleurs. Situation parfaite pour promenade le long de la cote. Plage de sable à proximité. Pas profité le temps ne s'y prétait pas. Prés de Concarneau ,Bénodet etc Je vous recommande cette location.

Wir hatten zwei fantastische Wochen in dem tollen Ferienhaus bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man braucht ist da. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Nähe zu verschiedenen Stränden und Buchten sowie in's Zentrum des Ortes mit Geschäften, Bars oder Cafés, Einkaufs Möglichkeiten ist spitze, max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Garten, Terrasse und Grill runden alles ab.

"Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Beg Meil! La maison est très bien décrite dans l'annonce, l'équipement, le confort, tout y est! La terrasse et le jardin sont agréables. Le quartier est calme, près de deux belles plages accessibles à pied. L'environnement est magnifique, très vert et naturel, sauvage. Le centre est à proximité avec ses commerces, son port et sa crêperie! Très bon accueil des propriétaires, disponibles, ... Adresse à recommander!! Bonne vacances à tous! "

Nous avons également particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la charmante petite plage. Nous avons aussi profité des nombreuses pistes cyclables des alentours. Très bon accueil des propriétaires."

"Logement propre avec accès assez facile.Quartier très calme à proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces.Pas de vue extraordinaire puisque la maison est située dans une impasse entourée de jolies maisons de même type.L'équipement est conforme à la description;les meubles du salon pourraient être plus cossus. Pour terminer l'accueil par la propriétaire a été chaleureux. "

La maison est charmante, bien équipée avec une terrasse et un jardin bien isolés des voisins. L' océan est à moins de 10 min et les plages sont d'excellente qualité. Beg Meil est un charmant petit village. Pont Avent, Concarneau, Quimper...sont à proximité. Repos, tranquillité et farniente sont garantis!
