About this villa rental
We offer you a holiday in a safe, private and hygienically clean holiday home with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera.
This dream villa could soon become the home for your unforgettable holiday
We have renovated the Villa "El Capitano" from scratch.
The villa is located on a 1450 sqm plot on the scenic south coast of Mallorca directly on the cliffs of Cala Pi in the first sea line.
You will be amazed by the wonderful 180 degree view of the sea and the island of Cabrera.
Enjoy the sunset on the sun swing between Mediterranean columns.
The beautiful bay with crystal clear water, restaurants and also the small supermarket can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A beautiful, tropical, spacious, Mediterranean garden with cacti, oranges, figs, lemon trees and many other Mediterranean plants has been created around the house.
You will also be delighted by the large pool (16x4m) with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera and an outdoor shower for private use. Safe access is via wide steps that lead to a bench.
(An emergency swimming ring is located by the pool)
You can relax on teak loungers with comfortable lounger cushions
El Capitano can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In total, Villa Capitano has 220sqm of living space and 280sqm of usable terrace space; for cooler evenings in the pre-/post-season, we are happy to provide you with a decorative gas heater.
During the renovation, attention was always paid to quality and branded products from Zeyko, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Kare were used.
In order to be able to use the house all year round, an oil heating system, air conditioning and ceiling fans were installed on both floors.
Two bicycles are now available for you in the "El Capitano" so that you can easily pick up your bread rolls from the supermarket in the morning. A pool heater is available so that you can also enjoy the beautiful large pool in the pre- and post-season. This enables us to maintain a water temperature of around 24-26 degrees in the large pool in the pre- and post-season. (for an additional charge of 75 euros per day of vacation) When using the pool heater, it makes sense to cover the pool with a film in the cooler seasons so that the temperature does not drop too much overnight. This would have to be done by the tenant themselves. If you would like this pool heater, please reserve it by email at least

We rent legally and have an official rental license ETV/11142
A deposit of EUR 500.- in CASH is due upon arrival, if there are no complaints you will receive this back from our team upon departure.
(the deposit can also be paid in another currency)
Immediate bookings must be received by us no later than 48 hours before arrival.

This home exceeded our expectations in EVERY way. The listing description and photos only scratch the surface of what this gorgeous, luxurious property actually delivers. It is impeccably clean, bright and exceedingly well appointed. And that 180-degree view of sea — priceless!This is a truly PREMIUM property in all respects. The interior furniture and outdoor dining/lounge areas are fine quality and in excellent condition. And the pool is especially wonderful — we spent several hours each day lounging in and around the pool. The home has a full laundry area with washer and dryer and a huge stock of bath and beach towels — all premium quality. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking even the most complex meals. You’re provided high quality cookware, glassware and utensils, 3 different types of coffee-makers, a blender, a juicer, toaster and even a cool mini-fridge for easy access to beverages. Flat screen TVs are tastefully mounted in every room, and there is a Sonos sound system available so you can listen to your personal music library — even out by the pool! Our local host, Lars, was absolutely terrific. We greeted us at the house upon our arrival and gave us a full tour. He was gracious in every way. If we needed anything, he was instantly responsive by phone or text. But we really didn’t need anything — the house already had all we could possibly desire.We have rented fine homes all around the globe. This home is #1. Unforgettable. We’ll be back!

El Capital in Cala Pi was a little slice of paradise! The location, the view, the beautiful decor, and the pool were all outstanding and made our stay in Mallorca very special. Peter was very helpful and accommodating, and we had everything we needed in the home for the most comfortable vacation. We’d love to come back!

Our family loved this house and the fantastic sea view! Everything in the house is equipped and decorated to perfection. Top kitchen with all the latest and most sophisticated appliances. All the bedrooms and living room are decorated beautifully but also providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful pool area with comfortable sun beds. This is a very good house for excellent value. Highly recommended. There was alway help on and Peter, the house manager came around in no time if any problems:)
