Grand Apartment near BGC

Clean, modern, fully provided, nice amenities nicely furnished.

The only thing is the bed could have had a better mattress, but it was comfortable enough.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay and truly felt right at home! A special shout-out to Annabelle for hosting us so well. Lorna and the security team were also incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our entire visit. Highly recommended!

Overall, the apartment is clean. It is also huge and enough for 4 adults. There are 2 rooms enough to accommodate 4 pax. 1 person will have to sleep on the couch or on the floor of room 1. Anyway, there's an extra bedding in the cabinet for that purpose. I love the lighting and the interior design. And it is a plus that we can cook and bake at the apartment. I love the pools. Although we didn't swim, we visited the pool areas and we can say that they were clean. I love the design of the Palm Residences itself. Looks like we are in Thailand by looking at the photos that we took in the swimming pool areas. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is very accessible. There is also a SaveMore supermarket nearby so if you need something, you can go to SaveMore for all your needs.

Some kitchen cooking utensils (e.g. frying fan) is already old. We were not able to use the microwave oven because of its bad burnt smell. I saw some tiny cockcroaches in the cabinet at the kitchen area. You won't notice them because they are hiding inside the cabinet. It might be forgivable for some clients but a cockcroach represents dirt, trash, so it messes up the overall presentation of the whole apartment which might be an issue to some clients. What we did is just let the cabinet remains closed so they won't be able to get out while we were there.
