Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung. Im Außenbereich ist die Klimaanlage sowie die Gitterstäbe vorm Fenster stark angerostet.

Nice apartment with a good location, but many small repairs should be done, including loose table legs in the living room and on the terrace, loose shower handle and toilet roll holder, some loose Wall paper in the livingroom. There was also a lack of kitchen equipment such as bowls etc.
