About this apartment rental
Apartment for 4 people on the first floor consists of a living room kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two separate beds. On the basement there is a private garage for a bike storage facility for cyclists. It is located opposite the bus stop to Treviso, 50 meters from the pharmacy, 100 meters from the supermarket and a small square with bars and ice cream parlor. There is also an after-market pizza restaurant 300 meters away.

Wir (ein Paar und unsere erwachsene Tochter) haben die Wohnung als "Basislager" für eine Sportveranstaltung sowie ein bisschen Sightseeing genutzt, und sie übertraf unsere Erwartungen in fast jeder Hinsicht:
- Preis/Leistung
- Platzangebot, speziell viel Stauraum
- gute Klimatisierungsmöglichkeit bei dem schwül-heißen Klima
- guter Service der Inhaberin
- Nähe zu Supermarkt und Eis/Pizza/Restaurants
- ziemlich ruhige Lage, relativ nahe zu den Städten der Umgebung
- hilfreiche Tipps zum Venedig-Besuch mit dem Zug
Im Gegensatz zu einer anderen Rezension fanden wir die Check-In-Prozedur sehr praktisch: Man muss nämlich keine Zeit ausmachen und angesichts der Verkehrsverhältnisse klappt das meist sowieso nicht ...
We (a couple together with the adult daughter) used the appartement as the "basecamp" during a sports event plus some sightseeing. It was almost completely above our expectations due to
- ratio of price to value
- ample space
- well running air condition (it had been very hot ...)
- good service of the owner
- supermarket, icecream, pizza, restaurants all very near-by
- located quite quiet, anyway not far from the interesting cities of the area
- helpful instructions of how to visit venice by train
Despite another review, the procedure of obtaining the key was very convenient for us: No need for setting up a time of transfer which makes trouble to keep then.

Appartement neuf, très agréable necessitant cependant un GPS pour y arriver.Récupération des clés un peu difficile et pas d'ascenseur pour monter les valises au 1er étage mais après on s'y sent très bien
