About this apartment rental
This apartment is in a great location, right on the beachfront in the best part of Los Boliches. It features a pool and landscaped area, as well as a private parking lot for residents with limited spaces. The apartment sleeps 4 people, with a double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed. The apartment has been completely renovated and updated. The living room is very spacious and inviting; the open-concept kitchen features all-new appliances; and there’s a large, pleasant terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors, complete with outdoor furniture for dining and lounging—newly installed awnings provide shade. Wi-Fi is included via high-speed fiber-optic internet, which you can enjoy along with the 55" UHD TV so you won’t miss any of the comforts of home.
In addition to being less than 20 meters from Fuengirola’s best beach, the area offers supermarkets, restaurants, and all kinds of entertainment venues where you can enjoy your vacation. Just over 300 meters away is the train station (Boliches), which is directly connected to the AVE high-speed rail and the airport. (You don’t need a car to enjoy your vacation in our apartment. If you’re coming by car, private parking is available in the building—you can park there if spaces are available.

Great condo within waking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, beach and local transit. Very clean and well maintained. The patio over looked the pool with sunshine in the afternoon. The photos do not do this property justice. It's bigger and brighter than it looks. The apartment is in excellent condition and a great location. A few minutes walk to Los Boliches station to get to the airport. We arrived out of hours and the key pick up was straightforward.
Bakery and supermarket next door and the beach is across the road. Use the local bus L1 to get to the main bus station if you don't feel like walking. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Nice garden area with pools. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

One small problem occurred that was remedied quickly. The electric kettle blew a brand new kettle was supplied. Very nice we have booked to go again, thank you Francisco and Mercedes.
