El sitio esta fantástico, el apartamento es como se ve en las fotos, todo limpio, es amplio, luminoso, muy bien equipado, el sofá cama es confortable y ancho. El barrio es una zona muy tranquila, cera de San Marcos pero alejada del turismo, es verdad que es una zona de callejuelas estrechas que a ratos cuesta ubicarse, pero eso le da más encanto, y es completamente silencioso y cerca tienes zonas con tiendas y restaurantes (5-10 min andando). Es muy fácil la comunicación con los anfitriones. Las ventanas tienen contraventanas para que no entre la luz por la noche.

No hay nada malo, el sitio es perfecto. La única pega es que se salia un poco el agua por la mampara de la ducha, pero era poca cosa.

L’appartement était très propre et fonctionnel

Un verre était cassé à notre arrivé. Pas bien méchant . Je l’ai tt de suite signalé à la personne qui nous a accueilli. La porte a l’entrée a en bas avait du mal à fermer , il fallait la claquer pour que ça ferme . Nous avions svt entendu les autres apparts le faire . Très tôt le matin ça peut être un problème .

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vermieterin hat uns gute Tips gegeben, und war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeekocher, Fön. Sehr gute Lage ca. 15 Minuten ist man bei sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Im oberen Stockwerk dürfte eine Familie mit Kindern wohnen. Die waren oft sehr laut und haben getrampelt und geschrien. Und im Badezimmer hat man das oft sehr laut gehört. War etwas störend in der Nacht.

Very uncomfortable beds.
