About this house rental
My house on the sea is located 100 meters from the town center and the central beach of Santa Maria, about 80 meters from the marina. The apartment available to guests is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed overlooking a large terrace overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with a sea view, a twin bedroom overlooking the garden and the bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning heat pump with inverter technology.

Lovely villa with sea view, huge terrace, garden and everything you need. It has its own access to the beach, next to a small harbour with excursions along the coast and diving. You can hire a yacht. There are lots of cafes and restaurants, grocery shops. The beach is great, the bay without volleys, because the islands dampen all the waves. You can walk to the mountains along the coast. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit genügend Platz. Ebenso war in der Ferienwohnung alles vorhanden was man braucht (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Sonnenschirm, Grill,.....).
Die Lage ist unschlagbar da man fußläufig zum Hafen, zu Restaurants und zu Supermärkten sowie nach ca. 10 min zu einem Strand gelangt. Auch sehr schön war die große Terrasse mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer, man konnte jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Der eigene Strandzugang ist auch sehr geschickt, wenn man nicht zu einem anderen Strand laufen will.
Wir haben es sehr dort genossen.

Die Terrasse ist einfach unschlagbar. Sie befindet sich überhalb des Meeres mit direktem Strandzugang und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Meer und Hafen.
Die Wohnung selber ist im Innenbereich sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen und können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.
