Beautiful accomodation in a great location. Very friendly and patient staff
I requested a 1 hour late check out due to have very young kids. (8 months and 2 yrs) and given whem they tend to wake up, I needed an extra hour for them.to wake up and give me time to prepare them.for the long journey to Liverpool I was quite surprised this request was declined especially given chek-in is all the way at 3pm.

Location was picturesque. However not much in the local area. Chalet was clean and comfortable. Facilities on site were good. Local pub and restaurant was good. Friendly bar staff.
Local area was limited and light bulb in bathroom and one of the lamps had gone. Additionally the arcade they have has a few broken machines and will swallow your money. Chalet could have done with hair dryer and vacuum cleaner

The location was absolutely stunning with some of the best sights being right on the doorstep of the holiday park. We stayed in a chalet which had a sea view. The pics didn't do the chalet justice in regards to space and was a lot bigger than they look. The facilities within the chalet were spot on. There was an issue outwith the control of the holiday park and the staff were fantastic with issue being resolved very quickly. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too big an ask. Great facilities in the park. This holiday park has something that very few have in the aura of the place. They have managed to get modern facilities but keep the classic feel of the holiday parks of the 90s. Kids had a great time and wouldn't hesitate in returning.

The first property was fine & as described. Sadly the boiler stopped working on 2nd day morning. No heat or hot water. A second property was offered but it was spider infested & the shower was clogged. It was also much smaller, old fashioned & overall unsuitable. This was related to the reception but no refund or compensation was offered. The staff who tried to fix the problem & the bar staff who operated as a makeshift region were both very pleasant & helpful. Overall though, the stay ended up being not value for money.
First property fine. Second offered replacement was not fit for purpose so as a result we had a night & day with no heat or hot water.
