Apartment Branka

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gut gelegen nah zum Meer und zum Zentrum. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns immer wieder mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt hat und nachgefragt hat wie es uns geht. Schön war, dass ein großer Garten dabei war wo die Kinder spielen konnten.

Schade, dass man keinen eigenen Autostellplatz hat, allerdings haben wir immer einen in der Straße gefunden.

- Good communication pre-arrival and during our stay with rental agency (and owners). - Apartment is only minutes walking distance to the seaside. Set in quiet residential neighborhood. A supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Town centre at 10 minutes walk. - Three-room apartment with separate kitchen. Perfect for a family with 2 parents and 2 children. Spacious livingroom can be converted into a bedroom also. So, you can lodge up to 6pp. - Kitchen is equiped sufficiently, but quite basic. Gas and electrical stove. Coffeemachine and refrigerator. No oven or microwave, but there is a toaster! - Airconditioning installed in entrance hall and has enough capacity to cool the whole apartment (with all inside doors open). - Clean towels provided midweek. Owners live next door. They speak German, Italian and Croatian. But no English! - Ironing board and iron available. Didn't find a hair dryer though.

- WiFi is pretty slow (3Mb/1Mb). And often weak and spotty signal. Would prefer a dedicated modem/router in-house. - Would have appreciated some complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and oil. There was salt, but no pepper. - Remote control of A/C only provided on request. - Max. 2 sets of doorkeys provided. Sufficient for a family, but not when you're with a group of friends.
