Mooi overzicht op zee, er is allerlei nuts voordelen bij aankomst, zoals zeep, douchegel, detergent en handdoeken. Rustig en goede veiligheid ben j aankomst en vertrek.

Vochtige condo, keukenmateriaal was niet proper vuile mokken van vorige bewoner.

The condo studioI stayed in is fine shame it has the cheapest IKEA stuff in it , also the TV is bolted to the wall I and others nowadays want to hook up to it through the hdmi port . Not enough pillows and half the things in kitchen are missing eh 3 small glasses tiny cups etc etc Otherwiseeee it is good Be aware the security won't allow alcohol on the poll area u have to sit on the sand . Pools are fantastic

Excellent facilities on a small but private beach. Fresh gym and fresh, but cold pool. Amazing view on the 32nd floor. Very photogenic surroundings.

On arrival, we were taken to a hotel 1 km offsite and packed in to a car. He then told us that it was "something he needed to talk to us about". This was that we had to sneak in through the parking garage and we could not show ourselves together since it was illegal to let out apartments in Thailand. Also, in the building there are signs here and there stating the same, that it is illegal to rent private apartments shorter than 30 days. He was very nervous and took a separate elevator to the floor. My big criticism though goes to booking.com! I called them and asked if this would be a problem. They had no idea what I was talking about and they called the guy who let the apartment to ask him if this was a problem. That is like asking a thief if it is ok to steal. Booking.com is the one that sells this to you, basically performing a crime in Thailand. They obviously do not care about that law since Thailand is great business. Also another thing, there are many, many people doing this also in the same building, so this specific apartment will probably just change name or something. If you dont care about rules and laws and suspicious neighbours and guards, this is a fine place.
