About this house rental
Beautiful cottage in natural surroundings, a beautiful area of Nr. Lyngvig. The house has a view of the dunes. Outside, the most beautiful of terraces awaits you with a view to the southwest. Ideal location for quiet days, jedoh at the same time not far from Søndervig and Hvide Sande. Søndervig hosts a lively vacation life with activities in the summer. In the village there are boutiques, supermarket, bicycle rental, indoor swimming pool and a sports center with bowling. You can also eat well in the village. Hvide Sande also attracts: with a flair of a fishing town and a fish auction in the harbor. Walk the 800 meters out to sea on the headland, visit Hallenbard and try a fish restaurant. The Lyngvig Fyr lighthouse is perfect for romantic sunsets.

A wonderful house. The older part is a bit dated (though I like the nostalgic charm of the '70s), but the newer part is quite spiffy. We had a great stay and would gladly choose this house again.

Das Haus liegt, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen in einer Düne, am Rande der eh schon sehr ruhigen Siedlung Fyrmarken. Dadurch ist das Haus wirklich sehr privat gelegen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses würde ich mal als sehr entspannt beschreiben. Die beiden Bäder sehen recht frisch aus, die Küche ist in gutem Zustand. Alle Möble sind soweit in gutem Zustand, es ist aber nichts besonders hochwertig ausgestattet, was für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium war. Wir haben keine Lust in ein Haus mit dicken Lederpolstern und großen Einbauschränken zu ziehen.
Leider sehen die Gardinen echt übel aus und auch die Bettmatrazen verdeckt man besser gut mit dem Laken.
Die Küche war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, mit ausreichend Tellern und Besteck, so dass man nicht sofort nach dem Frühstück schon den Geschirrspüler anstellen musste. Bis hin zum Austernmesser und Hummergabel war alles vorhanden. Viele Töpfe und Pfannen von guter Qualität. Der Geschirrspüler rief nach Salz und Klarspüler, hat der Service leider nicht nachgefüllt gehabt. Die Arme des Spülers mussten wir erst einmal reinigen, da durch diese gar kein Wasser mehr kam.
Draußen kann man die Liegestühle in die Sandkuhle stellen und erhält dort eine sehr echte Beachclub Atmosphäre. Die Veranda bietet Sitzplätze auf beiden Seiten des Hauses, was wir in der sehr heißen Woche genossen haben. Leider gibt es für die Draußenmöbel nur 4 Sitzplätze, mit denen man am Tisch sitzen kann. Die Sitzpolster sahen echt übel aus und das bestimmt nicht erst seit einer Woche. Da bei uns die Sonne recht intensiv geschienen hat, wäre ein etwas größerer Sonnenschirm, den man ggf. auch neigen kann sehr vorteilhaft gewesen.
Auf dem Weber Kugelgrill haben wir gut gegrillt.
Alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus mit einem herrlich leichten maritimen Charme in ruhiger Lage. Mit einem kleinen wenig mehr an Aufwand und Pflege könnte das Haus großartig sein.
Während unserer Zeit war ein Handwerker da, der ein Aufmaß für einen Aussenanstrich genommen hat. Von daher kann es gut sein, dass zur nächsten Saison hier noch einiges passiert.
