About this house rental
The house is near to a sandy beach (200 meters - the access to the beach is easy and free). There are an awesome garden and a sunroom where is possible to eat outdoors (great for a family with children). You have free access to towels and bed linen, self service laundry, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning (heating/cooling), Smart TV, parking, free internet wi-fi and final cleaning (all inclusive in the price ).
It's located near the most important places: Trapani, Erice, S. Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Mozia-Marsala, Selinunte.

La maison est très agréable, le jardin très bien aménagé et entretenu. Le quartier est calme, proche de la mer, on peut profiter de la terrasse sans limite. Le jardin constitue un espace cloturé où les enfants peuvent jouer sans danger. La situation est tres pratique pour se rendre a erice, trapani ou san vito, les principaux points d'intérêts. L'accueil est sympathique, le propriétaire est tres attentif au bon déroulement du séjour. Un séjour en famille réussi !

We found the villa to be clean and comfortable. Its located a short walk to the beach and convenient to Trapani and Erice. We used this as our base to explore western Sicily in late September, early October 2018. Isidoro, the owner, greeted us upon arrival and provided fresh fruit and some basic supplies. The garden was fantastic and the jasmine filled the yard with fragrance. Thank you Isidoro.
