Owned and operated by Fresh Ski Chalets, Chalet Enzo is a charming traditional Savoyard French semi-detached farmhouse chalet to rent in the tranquil village of Saint Jean d'Aulps, just a 10-minute drive outside of Morzine in the Portes du Soleil.
Chalet Enzo sleeps up to 6 people with three good sized double bedrooms, one including an additional bunk bed.
There are two bathrooms with showers, one over a small bath.
The living room features comfortable, contemporary furnishings and includes an open log fire, board games, TV and extensive DVD collection to watch on cosy evenings after an active day on the mountain.
There is a dining table with seating and place settings for up 6 people. Crockery, cutlery and glassware is provided.
The kitchen features an induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
The large garden and terrace area is perfect for BBQs in the summer and snowman-building fun in the winter. It also offers spectacular views across the valley and of the 'Elephant's Head' mountain opposite.
Nearby activities include some of Europe's best skiing and walking, plus downhill mountain biking, white-water rafting, road cycling, paragliding, zip lining, golf, tennis and much more. Chalet Enzo is just 2 minutes from Roc d'Enfer ski resort and only a 10-minute drive from Morzine and Avoriaz. The village of Saint Jean d'Aulps includes shops, cafes bars and restaurants for you to enjoy during your stay.

We had a great stay at chalet Enzo, we had friends staying in Les Gets so we travelled each day, this was not a problem, the location is great for Morzine too. The chalet has eveything you need for a family, the open fire was lovely, not that we needed it as the chalet was warm and cosy and the temp for Feb was very warm. We didnt check out the nearby ski area as we had Les Gets and Morzine passes but with the right conditions would have been perfect im sure. Thanks Tom and Jenny.

Pretty comfortable and well appointed overall. Quite a characterful property. Great value for money. The pictures don’t really do it justice. Heating and hot water very effective. Good enough kitchen. Just down the road from the piste at SJDA, but you will need a car or to get the ski bus up.
We were bang on time but greeted by an abandoned mop and bucket and no access info; ended up waiting 30 minutes to gain entry. The property manager - whose number was on the Vrbo app - was pretty responsive; he got his son to come and open up with a spare key, while we tried to contact the owner thru the Vrbo app to get hold of the code for the key locker. Initially it just diverted back to the property manager. It finally came, within the next 45 minutes in the form of a welcome PDF via the app inbox.
Mistakes happen... although this one was pretty fundamental. It’s how we deal with them that’s important: these problems were sorted reasonably swiftly. I think my feedback is fair overall.

We have had good service from Tom from booking right through to our return. Always prompt in answering emails and the information re Chalet Enzo was clear and concise. The Chalet was clean and welcoming and very comfortable for the 5 of us. It gives easy access to the whole of the Morzine/Avoriaz ski area.

Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing week at Chalet Enzo. We were there during half term and it was actually really fantastic to be away from the madness of Morzine. The house was perfect for us - a family with 2 young kids aged 6 and 2 as well as a family friend. It works really well for families - it has bunk beds for the kids, and then things like a high chair, stair gate etc which was really helpful. Also, the garden was a lifesaver as the kids could play outside in the snow safely when they were too tired for skiing anymore and could potter in and out as they pleased. The chalet is really well kitted out with DVDs, games, ipod docking station etc and with the fire on, a nice glass of wine and a good board game it was a really lovely way to spend an evening. I think this place would also be great for a group of friends or two couples - although I would definitely recommend having access to a car if possible. All in all Chalet Enzo surpassed our expectations, we had a really lovely week here and well definitely be back - if youll have us of course!
