Staff was really polite, we were traveling with my baby daughter and they offered to put a crib on the room, this was extremely helpful.
I had only one issue related to the breakfast. There was a multi grain bread that was really old, or the recipe was horrible. The bread was as hard as a rock!

We had an issue on our arrival date and could not make it until the next morning - the staff saved our reservation and were super helpful.
no complaints. only issue was we had a room with a king bed - but it was not a king bed - it was two twins put together - you could feel the hard edge/line in the middle of the bed while we slept - we only were there long enough to nap and we were exhausted after our trip, so we slept anyway but it wasnt very comfortable.
