Great spot, right on the beach which is the best beach on Tioman in our opinion. Good restaurant at the neighbouring accommodation which is very reasonably priced. Good sized room. Very responsive to any requests we made. The air con broke down and it was replaced within hours and another maintenance request was responded to equally as quickly. Good hot water in shower whichcwas nice. Nice staff. Good value for the price.
The only issue we found really was the shower/toilet set up. It's really small and everything gets wet!

Perfect location right on Juara beach, so peaceful! There are hammocks, outdoor showers and taps to wash sand off feet at each cabin. A/c worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't have a mini fridge in our room which would have been nice. Toilet leaked when flushed.

no direct access from ferry and need add 4x4 transport - totally inconvenient and expensive

The location is really great - 10 out of 10! In addition, a guy brought us coconuts every day. AC was fully reliable.
The major issue we had was that we got some fleas which is after 10days still a problem. I didn't felt the issue was properly recognized and handled after I informed the manager (who ignored me in the end at all).
