It is located in an excellent and very quiet area of Salou, very close to the fine sandy beach and right next to all main services. It is the perfect charming accommodation for families looking for rest, relaxation, and convenience.

Distribution and Bedrooms:The apartment accommodates up to 6 people and features two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: one double bedroom (2 people) and a second bedroom with two single beds (2 people). Additionally, the living room includes a double sofa bed (2 people).
Bathrooms:Features two full bathrooms: 1 main full bathroom and a second bathroom with a shower.
Living-Dining Room:Spacious area equipped with a sofa bed, table, chairs, TV, and direct access to the terrace.
Terrace:Pleasant terrace with beautiful direct views of the communal swimming pool and garden area.
Kitchen:Separate and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils for your daily needs.

The route starts at the end of Colón Street (Pilones esplanade), continues along a wooden walkway passing by the historic ruins of the 1829 «Lazareto», the cozy Capellans Beach, up to the Punta del Po-Roig.

Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.

El apartamento en general bien, ubicacion excelente pero escaso en sillas (4 yñsillas y se alquila para 8 personas ) y en enseres de cococina (platos y vasos 8 escasos y uno de cada manera y hechos polvo). QQuiero dejar constancia del buen trato y atención recibida por el comercial que nos recibió.
