The Owner Kevin is very good at making people feel right at home. He also helped us to get transportation for our stay there when we wanted to go sightseeing. The place is also in a very nice and safe location.

This studio is everything you need to relax and enjoy the area. The Kitchen was very well equipped and best of all was the ice available in the freezer, a small tray that you could keep topping up. These small little things actually make a huge difference to me. Thank you, Kevin for your outstanding service and attention you gave us at all times. We appreciated everything and its service like this that you are looking for in booking a standalone rental.

From the moment I arrived at Arkenstone Studios I felt completely welcome and very much at home. Kevin had sent me a really helpful check-in video and also came out to greet me in person when I arrived. As a solo female traveller I felt well looked after and totally safe throughout my stay. My little studio was perfect, too: spacious and well equipped, with a super-comfortable bed and a lovely view of the sea in the distance. The studios have clearly been designed with attention to detail, and the daily cleaning/fresh towels was an unexpected treat. Easy walking distance from the supermarket and a variety of eating options, but set slightly back from the main road so nice and peaceful. On-street parking felt secure. I'm very happy I found this lovely place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location close to the beach and all amenities in the south

No coffee. But I think this the norm at most bnb’s
