Lovely 3 Bed.property on Lo Marabu urbanisation in Ciudad Quesada.Situated close to town centre,just a 20 min stroll to many restaurants,bars and shops.Local bars and restaurants around the corner aswell as 2 big supermarkets.Numerous golf courses in the area within a 20 minute drive,including La Marquesa (5 mins),La Finca (10 mins).2 Waterparks within a 10 minute drive.Communal pool is a 150 metres away.Property has Wi -fi unlimited ,free TV, Air con available,use of a couple of bikes and golf clubs.Stunning Mediterranean is just a 10 min drive away.Situated 35 minute drive from Alicante airport.Pick ups can be arranged.Stunning mountain walks and trails within 30 minutes.There is a one off cleaning fee of 70 euros payable locally on arrival.Dimitri will be there to meet you and provide assistance if required.A welcome pack can be arranged at a small extra cost.

Location is good. Small playground next to the house. Aldi, Consum, bars, Asian restaurants 2 min walk away. Taxi to Torrevieja 15mins about 20eur. Cuidad Quesada centre 20min walk with more of everything.

Comfortable, home from home type place, washing machine meant there was little washing to be done once home, good location, close to the main road and multiple grocery shops and a good choice of restaurants/cafés nearby, could maybe do with a welcome book and the light bulb in the twin bedroom needs replacing, clearer instruction on check out would be helpful, all in all a great place to stay

Description fairly accurate, but tv in master bedroom switches on but no channels so cannot watch, air con in twin room does not cool down room, master bedroom air con is good, other than that happy with owner and property.
