About this house rental
Our fully furnished studio apartments are "conveniently" located in the "award winning" Valley West neighborhood.
This cozy retreat is furnished with all new furnishings, as well as, very comfortable plush Sealy queen mattresses and top of the line linens. It is located just one block from a small lake and park, with miles of walking trails, beach volleyball, playground, and bbq's.
Freshly painted and remodeled, we added custom finishes throughout. Which include, a unique HALF bath with vessel vanity sink downstairs and custom wood slatted wall. As well as a mini refrigerator, love seat leather couch, coffee table, desk & chair, and stackable washer/dryer.
UPSTAIRS, you'll enjoy a full equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, cookware, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. As well as, dining table for four, full bathroom (w/ shower only), and plenty of closet space. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we supply kitchen necessities such as: spices, coffee filters, and other pantry items, as well as, bathroom essentials-hand & body soap, shampoo and laundry detergent.
Sit back, relax, and gaze at the starry night sky on the back patio with table & chairs and private fenced backyard.
Enjoy our gas grill for a fun summer BBQ!
Snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book or turn on your electronics and enjoy our FREE Highest speed internet (1 gigabyte).
Also, enjoy our flat screen "smart" t.v.'s and stream your favorite shows or movies. We do not have cable tv.
Our guest house also features an upstairs air conditioner for the warm summer months, and private off-street parking on the driveway.
This adorable home stands alone, exclusively, so you can enjoy some quiet and much deserved downtime. (Private entrance as well!)
*We have added ONE OUTDOOR security camera above the front door to ensure a safe stay for everyone.

We loved this place and area! I just wish it didn’t have 17 stairs between the 2 rooms and no comfy seating upstairs where we sleep due to kitchen etc up there. Loved the rooms and sweet backyard otherwise! Very welll supplied.

The pictures are old on line compared toWhat we found. We were asked to takeShoes off (which we did not), because floors were not clean. We had dirty feet. Dishes we grabbed were Dirty, not cleaned properly. The bed sheets were old and actually dirty. Everytime we used the TP roll upstairs it fell off (not a hard fix). Location servedOur purposes but would not book again!
