The reception and cleaning staff were lovely, you are very well taken care of. My first room did have a rat that was living on the ventilation above the kitchen cupboard, but I was immediatly moved to another room when they became aware of it.
Perhaps not having a rat in my room would've been better haha. Everything else was really nice.
