At Casa Evanti we have for rent 3 double apartments and 1 studio, fully equipped with a discreet and elegant decor, warm colors and breathtaking views of the picturesque harbor and the green islands of Sivota.
All rooms have a balcony or terrace. The advantage is the privileged location with direct access to a small square of the harbor, close to cafes, taverns and 150 meters from the nearest beach, without having to move a car if you do not wish or do not have. It is ideally positioned for those who have a boat for sea rides because the distance of the marina is just 100 m. away!

Casa Evanti befindet sich direkt am Yachthafen von Syvota. Alle Restaurants, Läden usw sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Appartement bieten viel Platz und verfügen über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich!
