About this house rental
It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

The ground floor contains the bedroom and the bathroom, which have been set into the original rock , giving the sense of being in a natural cave, with a north facing window. The top floor leads to the living room and the kitchen. There are two small balconies and a small garden

Prachtig uitzicht over het dorp en op de Middellandse Zee. Bij aankomst stonden er rozen uit de tuin op tafel en lagen verse rozenblaadjes op t bed.
Het huis is klein maar voldoet. Zeker als je zoals wij veelal buitenhuis bent en eet in restaurantjes in de omgeving (lekker en betaalbaar)
In t dorp een bakker met heerlijk brood. Verder is er weinig te koop of te doen in het dorpje. De stranden en de omgeving zijn aantrekkelijk.
De verhuurder hield via email prettig contact en gaf bruikbare tips .
We hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld in onze vakantieweek.

Schöne Unterkunft, tolle Terrasse mit super Blick, etwas eng aber so hat man wohl damals gelebt! Wer Griechenland liebt wird die Unterkunft lieben.
