Easy access between guesthouse and garden, toys for kids, two separate bedrooms

Cleaning fee (30 Euros) was not mentioned when booking but two days before arrival it was communicated which created some frustration for these extra costs (tip: include in total price). The fee for towel and sheets was not easy to find either under booking.com (additonal cost for us 30 Euros) . Check-in time was requested two times and we rushed to come in time and at the end there was a key box and we had to call the owner for the code (no communication about that upfront). TV in the middle of the apparment was not working and was not communicated before either but we received the info that we could use our own tv-box (usually we are not travelling with our tv-box) . Ventilation in the appartment was not good and we had to have the enty door open to get fresh air but at nights we had that one closed and the air was bad. Our neighbors upstairs were noticable with every step (wooden floor) at this lovely house. We couldn't find the seasonal pool which was advertised by property.
