Lovely home in a quiet seaside neighborhood. My teenager daughter says, “it was very aesthetically pleasing and had a nicely coherent interior design. Perfect for cute Instagram pictures.” The house was equipped with boardgames and s’more supplies; and was so perfect for family time.

Karen was a great host!, everything was easy, check in, communication, responsiveness. It as like staying with a family friend! Outdoor shower was a highlight!

Everything was clean and the facilities met our needs. Since we were all in our late 70s, the second bath being in the basement was a surprise. We assumed the bathrooms were on the main floor.

Our family had a wonderful week enjoying the nearby beach, the bike path along the canal – and most of all, the wonderful backyard that has a basketball court, swing, fire pit, bbq, and hot tub. Other reviews are spot on that the home is better than the pictures reveal – the upstairs is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. However, a couple negatives that we experienced: a strong smell of pet odor/urine in basement family room and rodents were heard in the walls/seen burrowing through the exterior siding. Note that the owner was made aware of these problems and said she would be addressing both.
