A Kitchen with main alliances (Includes a dishwasher) a utility room with washing machine. A Ground floor Twin bedroom (2 single beds) plus a Ground floor shower room. On the first floor is the double bedroom with air con and balcony overlooking the pool area , A family bathroom plus another twin bedroom (2 single beds) . the villa is comfortable with modern furnishings, Air conditioning is installed in the Living area and main double bedroom only (the remaining 2 bedrooms have modern high speed ceiling fans) off street parking available . Local bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and bank etc all within 7 - 10 minutes walk. Closest beaches are at La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig all can be reached within approx 7 minutes drive in the car.

The Villa was a great size. Lovely and clean. Very spacious. Great pool area. Wish we had done more research on the area. It was very hilly and a few of us struggled. We didn't hire a car as none of us like to drive on holiday. We managed to fined a brilliant taxi firm after a few days. Over all we had an amazing holiday.

Really lovely property. Exactly as described. Plenty of space for us, family of 5.
Pool is a great size, little chilly in may but definitely good come the really hot summer months!
Smooth check in and the late check out was very much appreciated. The manual with the villa literally tells you everything, we had no need to contact the property company at all.
Only thing I would say is the kitchen utensils could have been a little cleaner but we popped it all through the dishwasher no problem. Also a couple of bins would be ideal in the bedrooms, again, no biggie.
Would recommend for a family holiday in a lovely part of Spain

Booked the Villa based on previous reviews and happy to say we had a great stay. Met at Villa early as had morning flight which with a one year was a godsend that we were very grateful for. Facilities were great. Lovely welcome pack. Lounge great for 4 adults but if anymore then 2 extra lounge chairs maybe useful. Very comfy beds. Car was essential. Good choice of local supermarkets and eateries. Pool serviced midweek(good unexpected bonus). Would go back. Thanks all for everything

Great house,pool was great.Little far to the foodstore,we had our mother with us she is older,some day diffucult get hold of a taxi.It vas a great visit.hope we will be back.
