Good for short stays if you can do lots of stairs.
Clean and updated home near my family. A microwave and a dryer were very nice to have for our 16 night stay.
New towels, pillows and bedding is needed for this home. No sleeping areas have walls or a door to close. Folding camping cot on first floor is not a proper twin bed as listed. Owner fixed the no hot water problem after two days. Owner did provide two mattresses so my senior citizen mom could sleep on folding cot and my brother could sleep on the sofa bed. No fan was provided as requested for the hot basement where the sofa bed is located. DSL internet dropped a lot. Owner was responsive to our needs.

Beautiful well equipped house with wonderful view of the mountains. Close to beaches and great sigh.
This was a beautifully renovated property with attention to detail to retain natural features and add tasteful details to allow the property to provide gorgeous, warm and comfortable accommodation. It is set in a lovely village with the Alps on the background but only a 10 min drive to the beach. Every effort had been made to provide great facilities for a family... Felt at ease.
Property was wonderful..little dark.... But.. You can shut curtains for peaceful sleep... Add light by opening blinds... And all windows have option s to ensure light and comfort. Travelled with my 12 year old son.. He loved it!... Would have appreciated a single bed with comfy matrees rather than cushions...Would encourage a family to book here... Danielle... Hosts mother in law was great. It was so lovely and in a wonderful area... Great

Struttura tenuta benissimo, ordinata e pulita, completa di tutti gli accessori necessari per il soggiorno. Noi abbiamo praticamente solo dormito ma avremmo potuto viverla di più senza alcun problema. Hanno pensato a tutto persino al phon ed alla doppia spina per ogni evenienza. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Splendido appartamento dal grande comfort a 10 minuti di macchina da Forte dei Marmi
Splendido appartamento, dal grande comfort, molto ben strutturato, con tanti spazi ampi e comodi: ampia cucina e salotto, taverna con divano, due bagni, due camere da letto. Il parcheggio è vicinissimo all'appartamento, a soli 50 metri. L'appartamento è bellissimo, dotato di aria condizionata e wifi, molto ben arredato e curato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!
