About this apartment rental
Attic 50 meters from the beach.
The structure is as follows:
- Living room with sofa bed, dining table for six persons, LCD TV, satellite system (no pay TV) and wardrobe;
- Equipped kitchen with dishes, six persons, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cookware;
- Bedroom with two single beds convertible into double bed and wardrobe;
- Spacious bathroom with laundry room, washing machine, served by shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
The apartment is equipped with iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
A balcony with a view of Taormina and Castelmola and a balcony overlooking the sea equipped with tables and chairs.
Rooms are air conditioned.
The property was renovated in October 2015.
THE FAVORABLE LOCATION ALLOWS TO REACH THE MOST FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS (TAORMINA, GOLE ALCANTARA ECC) AND THE MOST IMPORTANT LOCALS OF THE AREA WITHOUT HAVING TO USE THE CAR. Bus stop for the main locations a few meters.
The area is equipped with a pharmacy, tobacconist, ATMs, supermarkets, souvenirs, car rentals, bus terminals, gas station and shopping center "the Seagulls".
Prospicente The beach is served by numerous bathing establishments that offer the possibility to play water sports of all kinds and boat excursions.
Possibility of transfer to and from Catania airport, with private car, max 4 people, at a cost of 100 euros return. Possibility of getting to ristobar 50 meters with special prices. Upon arrival I will have the pleasure to offer my guests a little gift.

We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and were amazed to find an assortment of gluten free foods — including a homemade cake — (we are gluten free), as well as an assortment of other groceries to get our two week stay started. That literally saved us our first night after being awake for 32 hours straight during travel! We were beyond touched by that level of thoughtfulness and generosity. Our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee with a view of the sunrise every morning. The owners checked in on us periodically and made us feel like we had people to turn to in case we ran into issues during our stay. You can tell when there, that there is a lot of love and care that has gone into this unit and it was a delight to be surrounded by such love and care. The listing said it was a two bedroom — we were surprised to find that the second bedroom was the living room. This may be a cultural difference of description as we have seen in various real estate listings. Even so, we stayed on the very comfortable sofa bed and gave the bedroom to our oldest and their fiancé. There was still ample separation of space and, since the bulk of our time was spent out, it was no issue at all. As long as we had access to the coffee maker in the morning, we were happy! We would absolutely stay again.
