Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment to rent in La Zenia, Spain (82.50m²).
From the south-east facing terrace you overlook the tropical swimming pool in Balinese style. It includes 2 mirrored swimming pools with different levels, the pool is surrounded with plants between which there are loungers to enjoy blissfully.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessities to spend a carefree holiday. All rooms have air conditioning (cold / hot).
There is a well-equipped open kitchen with all necessary appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine, an iron and board are also provided. There are also plenty of towels and bath towels as well as bed linen.
The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed via a staircase or via a lift.
It is part of a private urbanization with 100 other holiday homes in different types and the whole is fenced and closed with a fence. The domain has the necessary number of parking spaces where you can park for free.
La Zenia Beach is a small kilometer from the sea that can easily be reached on foot, + -15 minutes. There are also several beaches in the vicinity by car.
For golf lovers, it is the ideal base, with several terrains in the area.

Convenient location to the shops of La Zenia Boulevard and numerous local restaurants catering for all different budget sizes. The beach is only about a 15 minute walk away if you fancy a dip in the Med. The community pool is a closer option with a lifeguard ensuring a pleasant experience for all and no anti-social behaviour. There is a wonderful cliff top walk between La Zenia and Cabo Roig that is definitely worth the effort with the temptation of a drink on the beach at the end.The accommodation was as advertised, well presented with the benefit of two showers. The host contacted us to ensure we were enjoying our stay asking that they should be contacted if we had any issues.You can sunbathe on the balcony until the early afternoon after which time you have to relocate to the poolside where you are tempted to have a quick dip to cool down.We have already recommended the property to other people as we enjoyed our 12 week stay. Myself, my husband and two friends booked this apartment, not the cheapest by any means, however location was good. The apartment was not suitable for two couples even though two single beds can be pushed together the shower room and toilet are off the kitchen in the main living area with no privacy. The apartment itself was modern and clean with the pool area very impressive however day one my friend stepped into the pool at 10am to paddle and was shouted at very abruptly and loudly across the whole pool area. My husband confronted the pool/gardener and pointed out that was no way to speak to anyone especially a woman. No apology and walked off, really rude and ignorant and spoilt day one and put us off staying around the pool. Too many other rules. Old towels and bedding require to be upgraded. Won't be back.
