Beautiful location, picture perfect. Very remote.

Beautiful villa! Outstanding ammenities and bed, fabulous if you want to get away from people. Pool not open when we were there so can’t comment on this.

The location was way to remote with tiny very windy roads that fit one car but dual carriage way.

Beautiful romantic hideaway

Lovely cosy appartement (pink lady) with all the amenities you need available. Very romantic bedroom and loved the fireplaces. Great views and located close to a small village were you can walk to for some basic groceries.

Roads towards the location ( municipality) are rough when driving a sportscar that is very low.

Idyllic mountaineous Sasso al Melo

Many winding roads take you up to Sasso al Melo, make sure to stop at a supermarket before hand. Up in the mountains there is only a small village shop/bakery. Kitchen amenities good with fridge, oven and stove. Beautiful and relaxing area all in all! Comfortable beds, but cold stone floors - remember to bring slippers or woolen socks! Wood for fireplace available at extra cost.

Electricity was charged separetely, which felt kind of strange even if we knew of it beforehand. Sasso al Melo could concider including the electricity in the total rate in the future, to avoid confusion and extra hassle?

The house was very well refurbished, special attention was given to detail, but still maintaining its traditional features. Spotlessly clean.

The only drawback is that no internet and calls can be made from inside the structure. Only Wifi is available outside the house.

The place is lovely and it was just perfect for a family autumn get away. The apartments are well equipped to prepare delicious homemade meals. We loved to spend are evening by the fireplace in "Contessa Rossa", which is from the 17th century! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the room I booked wasn't available, and that was communicated just a few hours before arrival. I think the room should have been taken away from Booking to not cause any disappointment/confusion.

Exceptional

This was by far one of the best places we have stayed at. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean. This place is so beautiful and peaceful and was in a good location in terms of travel to other more touristy towns. It was an absolute delight staying there, apt for a quite relaxing break. Beautiful place to explore just around and we had a very warm welcome by the host, were so helpful and accommodating. Definitely will book again with them!!

La posizione e la struttura

Extra molto alti : 35 euro cane, 60 euro 4 cestini di legna ( dubbi su averne usati solo 3) e riscaldamento a parte. Purtroppo non sarebbe stato un problema se non fosse che mi hanno tenuto i 500 euro di pre autorizzazione perché successivamente ( 2 ore ) dopo l uscita mi è stato contestato la rottura della griglia del caminetto usato correttamente ! Quindi penso procederò per vie legali

Séjour agréable mais dommage pour la facture de chauffage

Je n'ai pas vu dans l'annonce (et encore maintenant) que le chauffage était à payer en supplément, ce qui, en période d'hiver, est dommageable car il fait froid et l'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé. Le bois du poêle est à payer en supplément également. En bref, en éteignant toute la journée le chauffage et en allumant seulement la nuit avec un thermostat à 18°C, nous avons eu un supplément de 100euros à payer en 4 nuits. Je trouve cela exagéré car nous avons fait attention à ne pas consommer et cela s'est rajouté à notre paiement de location.
