(So there are 6 beds) The living room is the other room, with a large window overlooking the sea, furnished with a dining table and armchairs. The kitchen consists of a kitchenette in the living room and is equipped with everything (photo). Vie is an internal bathroom with shower and an external bathroom with a shower in the service area, where there is a washing machine, next to the patio where there is a barbecue.

How to get
Costa Paradiso can be reached by car from the seaports of Olbia and Golfo Aranci and from the airport of Olbia on the east coast and from the seaport of Porto Torres and from the airport of Alghero on the west coast. How to use the house
Electricity: Electricity is already running. However, when entering the house on the right side, there is the main switch for electricity in the house and the switches for the internal and external lights. The electric meter is in the electrical panel near the parking 1. It is the second in the bottom row on the right. The electricity of the house is 3 KW. If the light goes out due to the overload, it must be reset again by turning the meter back on in the parking panel.
In the house there are three electric heaters. Be careful to use them separately, in order not to exceed the 3KW available.
Gas:
The gas is already active. The stove works with gas and the oven with electricity. The gas cylinder is located outside the house, where there are external services. In addition to the opening and closing key on the cylinder, the gas can also be closed using the blue lever under the sink. Water:
The water is already open. The water meter, in case of need to close the water in the house, is located in the water framework, located on the left side of the parking lot, 5 meters after the beginning of the stairs. There are the counters of all the houses of the Residence Azzurra. Ours is marked with the sign C 1.
Linen
The bed is ready with clean sheets. The sheets, for changing, are located in the drawers of the left wardrobe in the bedroom. Inside the wardrobe there are other pillows and towels for the bathroom and those for the beach.
The tablecloths are located in the kitchen area, in the dresser under the staircase.
Beach equipment
The chairs and umbrellas are located in the closet behind the house. It is accessed from the large bedroom balcony or from the staircase in the small garden. Beach rackets and other material can be found in the chest on the patio.
How to get to the beaches.
The main beach of Costa Paradiso is Licossi, which is a sandy beach. But along the coast there are various paths between the rocks to access the sea. To reach Licossi, you need to go by car to the small port. (There is also a path that reaches the port, which begins with a long staircase on the left side from the parking lot, (50 m.) From the port a path leads to Licossi (15 minutes on foot). The place and the beach are unique.
Being in Costa Paradiso, it is also worth exploring other nearby beaches that can be reached by car in 10-20 minutes. Towards Santa Teresa it is worth mentioning Cala Serraina and Vignola but also. And towards Castelsardo there are the beautiful beaches of Isola Rossa and the very long one of Badesi. Santa Teresa also has a beautiful beach and there is Capo Testa not to be missed.
In Badesi there is also a well-managed beach for dogs.

We loved staying here. The view is spectacular. The house had everything we needed, and even lots of spare dishes, utensils.
It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 2 kids (they would share a room)
Parking is very close, just up the steps above the house. The drive to the beaches is short. The supermarket is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again

Wir verbrachten als Paar drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus an der Costa Paradiso. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man benötigte. Den Grill auf der Terrasse mit 180° Meerblick haben wir häufig genutzt und am Abend die Sonnenuntergänge beobachtet. Traumhaft! Aber auch die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen brauchte. Das Haus war sehr sauber und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig.
Herr Palmieri war immer zu erreichen und es bestand ein sehr freundlichen Kontakt. Alle Fragen wurden im Vorfeld beantwortet und es gab eine sehr gute Einweisung und Tipps vor Antritt der Reise.
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in einem fantastischen Haus! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Danke!
