    I had high expectations, but upon arrival they blew us away. All the staff are genuinely very happy, friendly, and helpful. The setting is breathtaking, the layout of the whole campus is fantastic. The animals, rooms, views, food... All amazing! We were lucky to be here during the week in low season so very few crowds. Absolutely wonderful place!

    We travelled in October half term and it was very quiet. Staff were super attentive, so far the best service at any hotel we’ve been to- ever! Beautiful location gorgeous rooms with fires, hot tubs and waterfall showers which I really liked ( read some reviews which said they didn’t like them!). Location is stunning- it is the rain forest so expect mixture of sun cloud and rain! Still warm at the end of October. We did the animal feeding which probably has made the trip - that and watching baby turtles in Tortuguero hatch and enter the sea!). We fed Toucans ( on our arms) hummingbirds in our hands and sloths- they’d get hold of your hands and bring them to them ❤️. The animals are all rescued either from people’s homes or injured and are unable to survive in the wild. Just amazing place- it is expensive- though food was reasonably priced for this type of hotel- buffet lunch was only $16. MAGICAL place.

    Yeah real bad for my family but we generally stay at Nayara springs and Tabacón resort , if your looking for a experience like that offer this is not for you Nice people kool zoo with backstage passes available for purchase I’m sure it has its place but not for my family Beautiful area Microwave pasta at the fine dining Just saying
