The owners were very nice and prompt when meeting for check in and check out. The kitchens were well stocked of appliances and dishes. Heaters worked very well and I feel the charges at checkout were reasonable (gas and electric). Chalets were in a great location for skiing at Gerardmer, Would highly recommend for large groups!
It would have been nice to have some essentials, such as hand soap and a hand towel in the bathrooms, and dish soap and a sponge. Some additional floor mats in the entry hall for wet boots would be a great addition. A little expensive for what you get, but could be the area in general, but not too many options for large groups.
