Well-equipped independent apartment on the ground floor of a villa located in a very quiet area away from night noises, well located and very close to the shopping center and 5 minutes from the magnificent white sand Matalascañas beach with an immense walking tour, more of 20 km. bordered by the well-known Doñana National Park.
