Spacious barn catering for up to 2 persons and will allow upto 2 pets. (Pets are never to be left alone in the property at any time.)

Lovingly restored with local stone, this property boasts underfloor heating which is individually controlled in each room. Wood/Tiled floors throughout.

Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with 43" smart TV flat screen, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. One bedroom with kingsize bed and 32" TV, ensuite bathroom with bath/toilet/basin. Patio area with furniture, courtyard parking.

All heating/hot water and electricity is included in your stay. Free WiFi. Towels and bed linen provided. (Linen/Towel change weekly). 3 night minimum booking.

Lovely stay, perfect for the hot rod races at Pendine. We were able to visit various beautiful places easily, property is in a peaceful location but near ammeneties. Host lovely accomodation clean with everythinn you need.

I cant believe we discovered such a gem. A beautiful place to stay, very clean and really peaceful. The owners have 100% thought of everything you may need for your break away.. I have never stayed anywhere that has been really well equipped and the little extra touches that make your stay special. .And then there is the welcome pack …. Loved it Really enjoyed our stay here exploring Wales, would 100% stay again

The smithy is a great size..very comfortable, fabulous kingsize bed, Great fridge/freezer, cooker microwave, TV..the list goes on...oh...and a quiet kettleHorses, donkeys, rabbits, the list goes on again.Really worth a stay!

Fantastic stay and would stay again. A few cobwebs about in the property,Cutlery needed a wash before we could use it and the shower was a bit odd. Other than that we loved it.

Property was fine, only drawback whilst we were there was the wind but it is what it is. Only complaint was nothing to do with the property, more that the O2 network coverage was poor, but other networks are available, so no wifi became a problem, but EE wifi is available if you are a BT customer.

Absolutely perfect for us. My wife, the dog and I found everything we wanted. The 'cottage' was a good size with everything we needed. It was well equipped and everything worked as it should. We would use this place again if we were to revisit the area.

Exactly what I needed at the time. Whilst dog friendly there was nowhere for the dogs to do their toilet unless I walked down the lane which was also used by traffic. A dedicated dog area would be an added bonus to an amazing place to stay. I will definitely be booking again 👍

Everything was good about this place. Arrival worked perfectly, comfortable sofa and excellent facilities. Lovely big fridge was appreciated during a hot week in Wales. No table outside although one is pictured online ....it would have been nice to have one as we sat outside a lot. Laminate flooring a bit slippy for the dog, and you need to take your dog along the lane on the lead for his wees and poo. There is farm traffic on the lane so take care. Overall a great stay.

Our stay at Converted Barn

Our stay at Converted Barn

Nice property to stay at for holiday but it was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The main points to note were that we had to clean fridge before use as there was a lot of food debris and dirt in compartments; the bath had a dirty " tide line" on it and the walls surrounding shower had patches of grime on it which we cleaned. That apart, the cottage was well equipped however, we did notice that the shower head moved about.

A little gem

The cottage is light and airy. Everything and more you need for your holiday. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. This cottage is only for 2 people and up to 2 small pets but the space you have is fantastic. There is a lovely walks close by and many beaches an places of interested close by. We would not hesitate to recommend this property. A tranquil stay.

The cottage had everything you would need for a short stay. The rural location was really nice, and just a short drive to nearby beaches. Day trips to Tenby, Saundersfoot and the National Botanic Gardens were highlights.

We arrived with a heatwave and found the barn in full sun all day.It was very hard to keep the barn cool in spite of using the blinds and drawing the curtains,and opening all windows.Pictures of the barn show a parasol with the outdoor furniture,but the parasol wasn't there.A fan would have helped!I realise our weather rarely calls for these considerations,though in future it will be something I always find out before booking a property.I had to clean the bath before I could use it,and the floors were very dusty,with large balls of dust.I tried to Hoover before we left,had to empty the Hoover which still wouldn't pick up so I think the hose may have been blocked,or the filter needed cleaning.In the end I swept the floors then mopped the kitchen floor.In spite of all this we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a nice, quiet rural location with pleasant views. The apartment is comfortable & well appointed. We liked the wine left for our arrival a very generous touch. However we found the lack of a shower facility a drawback. Further, whilst we were aware of there being no wi-fi facility we found it inconvenient . We liked the location & it's convenience for visiting local attractions. A very enjoyable stay & we will recommend it to our friends.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und sauberen Cottage. Man konnte direkt vom Cottage aus mit den Hunden spazieren gehen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne kleine Orte und tolle Strände konnte man gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Urlaub.
