About this cottage rental
Built in 2013, this 53m² masset, adjoining the villa, is located on a 4,000 m² plot completely fenced, with a heated swimming pool of 14.5 mx 6.5 m.
It is composed :
- an entrance hall (private entrance)
- a living room with fully equipped American kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, hood, multifunction microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, plancha, various service dishes, tablecloth, table mats , etc ...) a round table, 4 chairs
still in the living room, a sofa, coffee table, 82 cm television, mini hi-fi system.
WIFI internet available.
From the living room, through the French window, you access a private, fenced terrace with a view of the swimming pool, the other 2 windows in the living room overlook the bowling green and the orchard.
- A large bedroom with either a double bed of 1.80 m by 2 m, or 2 separate beds of 0. 90 m by 2 m.
it is equipped with a wardrobe with drawers, a chest of drawers.
The bedroom door window overlooks the orchard.
- from the bedroom you access the bathroom with a walk-in shower measuring 90 x 90 cm, a washbasin on a cabinet, and a suspended W. C, towel radiator.
Hair dryer.
All in a Provencal style.
You can therefore enjoy the bowling green as well as the swimming pool.
We have 2 adorable Golden Retriever, Icarus 2 years old and Windy 2 and a half years old, very sociable and very affectionate.
