Everything. Especially the staff they where so pleasant always smiling and we must mention Marijana our host she was always there to answer questions etc. Prior to arrival she communicated well and made us feel so welcome on arrival and during our stay and she was always on the go. Our Accommodation was great and the view amazing . Also the breakfast set us up for the day

The property was very bright and clean, the apartments spacious and equipped with everything that was needed. It was great to have a pool and outdoor lounging areas. The breakfast included was absolute delicious yet healthy and prepared with a lot of love by the hotel staff.
I didn’t like the fact that the use of sauna came at a separate cost of €20 per hour. This should be clearly stated on the advert as there were no extra costs published, and the advert was misleading offering this as part of the stay.

You need to be fairly mobile as it is high up at the resort so need to walk up hills

The accommodation was close to the sea and the town centre — about a 15-minute walk in each direction.
It was also great that there was a pool and a wonderful sea view.
There were several things that were unclear from the Booking listing:
1. There was an unpleasant and strange smell both in the accommodation and in the building.
2. The property has not been renovated for a long time — the furniture is outdated, and in the bathroom, the sink drain did not work properly, so the water drained very slowly.
3. The air conditioning system was too weak for the size of the apartment. It was, of course, more comfortable than outside, but definitely not cool.
4. I personally did not like the breakfasts, although my husband said they were not bad.
5. The card entry system for the building was not working, which we were informed about only upon arrival. We were given only one key, which was very inconvenient.
We were also disappointed that check-in was only from 16:00, even though the room was free earlier. The receptionist came out to meet us at 15:58, even though we had been at the property since 15:00.
