SPLENDID VIEW OF THE MAGDALENA ARCHIPELAGO, SANTO STEFANO, CAPRERA AND THE ROCK OF CAPE D'ORSO. THE BEACH BELOW THE VILLAGE IS ONLY 120 MT, 3 or 4 MINUTES ON FOOT. IDEAL HABITATION FOR ONE / TWO FAMILY GROUPS (2 ADULTS + 2 ADULTS WITH CHILD OR 2 ADULTS WITH 1 or 2 CHILDREN AND A CHILD/YEAR). THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE ROOMS, (TWO IN SLEEPING AREA WITH BATHROOM WITH SHOWER + LIVING ROOM WITH SOFA BED AND BELOW LARGE TAVERN WITH DOUBLE BED, BATHROOM AND SHOWER REACHED BY SPIRAL STAIRCASE, PROTECTS THE PRIVACY OF TWO DIFFERENT FAMILY NUCLEES - IN CASE OF THREE CHILDREN ONE SHOULD BE LARGE ENOUGH TO SLEEP ALONE IN THE LIVING ROOM or TAVERNETTE, SUDDIVED FROM THE PATIO FROM THE TWO ROOMS IN THE NIGHT AREA. THE PATIO IN THE INNER GARDEN ALLOWS OUTDOOR DINING UNDER A PERGOLA AND CHILDREN TO BE OUTSIDE, BUT SAFE INSIDE THE PROPERTY. THE COTTAGE HAS A DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE A++ , AIR CONDITIONING DAIKIN A++ WITH HEAT PUMP IN THE SLEEPING AREA (NOT VISIBLE IN THE PHOTOS), NEW KITCHEN BLOCK - PEDESTRIAN VILLAGE FOR THE TRANQUILITY OF GUESTS AND CHILDREN: CARS INSIDE ONLY FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. THE VILLAGE IS ABOUT 1 KM AWAY. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED ON REQUEST WITH ADDITIONAL COST OF 40 EUROS FOR DOUBLE, 25 EUROS FOR SINGLE). We are really happy about our stay. The house is big (there is a place for 8 or 10 people). The beach is 3 min walk. The city is 20 min walk and you have a good pizza in 10min walk (Baia Saraceno restaurant in camping). The host is very well organized - we had everything before coming. Door glass was broken by accident but Roberto solved the problem in 1 day. We are really happy about our

Pleasant, quiet place, everything what was needed. Nice view and close to the town. Easy connection to major towns. Owner took effort to equip with everything needed for pleasant stay.

Roberto’s house is exactly he listed. Only a minutes walk to nearest little beach and 20min walk to Paula town.
Roberto has been solved for all our concerns - he is a great communicator!
It was quite reasonable prices rental compare to other accommodations in high peak. Perfect size for three couples! We love the out side siting spaces.
